Sara was born in Girona (Catalonia, Spain) in 1997.
Since childhood, she had a great interest in animals. As a teenager she entered the dressage world. She took part in regional competitions and was involved in educating and training young horses. It was then that she realised that she wanted to become a veterinarian.
She obtained a double bachelor at the University of Lleida, namely veterinary medicine and animal science and production. During her studies, she did traineeships in different fields of veterinary medicine until she clearly realised that she wanted to build a career by specialising in equine medicine.
She spent a year working with two mobile equine veterinarians and did 5 externships in Belgium. When she had the opportunity to become part of the Via Nova team, she did not hesitate to join this motivated and ambitious team in order to grow with them.
