Evi Clerckx comes from Halen and was born on December 19, 1996. She has been riding horses since childhood and she also has her own horse. In 2018 she graduated as a veterinary assistant via the bachelor's degree in agro- and biotechnology at Thomas More Geel. She did her annual internship for this training at veterinarian Frederik Mijten. In addition to her passion for horses, Evi also has a passion for photography and she successfully completed a bachelor's degree in photography in 2021. During this bachelor's degree, she continued to work as a student at Frederik Mijten's practice during the breeding season. After graduating, she immediately applied to Via Nova to become a medical imaging assistant there.
